This is a Tool for FlatOut 2 to change Mod (.bfs) files loaded by FlatOut 2.

Requires Mircosoft .NET Framework 2.0 or better.

Look at ReadMe.txt included with Setup for more info.

Tested with FlatOut 2 Version 1.0 - 1.2.
